The turnaround time for this service is the same as for the DM3 Nokia BB5 service.

Available on 20th of October 2008 at selected DM3 service centers (call to confirm).  We work hard to update all DM3 centers before end of the month.

DM3 shared infrastructure:

The LG unlocking service is the first to introduce the new DM3 Shared Infrastructure.

The unlocking technology behind our LG service is provided by a third party, Jose.  The cooperation allows us to make the solution available at all DM3 service centers worldwide.

General decription of the LG unlocking service:

Unsere Entsperr-Methode ist weltweit einmalig und speziell auf die Bedürfnisse des Endverbrauchers zugeschnitten.

Vorteil: Die Hersteller-Garantie bleibt bestehen.

Die Entsperrung erfolgt durch ein Datenkabel, ohne so genannte “Testpunkte”. Ihr Handy wird zu keinem Zeitpunkt aufgeschraubt. So bleibt die Garantie unberührt.

Vorteil: Die Entsperrung ist dauerhaft.

Unsere Methode ist vergleichbar zu einer Entsperrung mit orginal Code. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Manipulation der SIM Karte.

Sie können Ihr Handy benutzen, als hätten Sie es ohne SIM Sperre erworben.  Natürlich können Sie es auch jederzeit aktualisieren, ohne daß die Sperre sich wieder aktiviert!
Was wir nicht können:

Wir können KEINE Benutzer-Codes aufheben.

Wir repapieren Ihr Handy NICHT. Alle Defekte, die es vor der Entsperrung hat, wird es auch weiterhin haben.

Wir beseitigen KEINE eventuelle netzseitig bestehende IMEI Sperren.

Unser Service beschränkt sich ausschließlich auf die SIM Sperre, das so genannte “SIM Lock” bzw “SP Lock”.
